Keep A Child Alive: The Black Ball 2010

Always one of the more well-attended events of the season, the stars joined together for the 2010 Keep A Child Alive's Black Ball in New York City on Thursday night (September 30).

As for the red carpet highlights, a radiant Alicia Keys showed off her growing baby bump while mingling with Usher in between spending time with her man, Swizz Beatz.

Keeping things interesting was the always-entertaining Whitney Houston, who was her usual wackily outgoing self while making a grand entrance into the annual fundraiser.

The reason behind the swanky soiree was all about bringing in the bucks for charity, as Keep A Child Alive "brings celebrity and philanthropy together to fulfill hopes, dreams and raise funds for children and families with HIV/AIDS in Africa and India."
