Vin Diesel (born Mark Sinclair Vincent; July 18, 1967) is an American actor, writer, director and producer. Vin Diesel became known in the early 2000s, appearing in several successful Hollywood films, including The Fast and the Furious and xXx.
Accepting the award on behalf of himself and his late co-star Paul Walker, Vin Diesel teared up during an emotional acceptance speech after winning MTV Movie Awards' Best On-Screen Duo on Sunday (April 12).
Posted to his Facebook page, the muscle-bound star spoke from the set of "Fast & Furious 7," noting their Best Team on Film award from the network twelve years before.
Still struggling to cope with the death of Paul Walker, Vin Diesel posted a touching tribute on Facebook on Saturday (March 22).
Posting a photo of his beloved friend and costar with another man, the "Fast & Furious 7" star wrote, "'The Two Pauls.' Pablo and my mother would have deep conversations... she claimed, that it was no accident that this on-screen duo has come to define brotherhood in Our millennium. You see... the other guy in the photo is also named Paul... and although they look more alike, he is actually my twin brother."
After over three months of mourning, "Fast & Furious 7" will resume production following the death of Paul Walker.
Posting a photo from the set, Vin Diesel wrote on Facebook, "The transition into that Dom state of mind has always been an interesting one… only this time there is added purpose, a collective goal to make this the best one in the series. P.s. The long awaited completion of Seven, begins..."
