Victoria Justice Braves the Rain

Treating herself to some retail therapy, Victoria Justice was spotted shopping on Bleecker Street in New York City today (March 12).

The “Zoey 101” babe was all smiles as she braved the rainy Manhattan conditions, sporting a black coat and jeans and carrying a yellow and white umbrella.

Yesterday, Victoria was a busy girl, doing promotion at the Nickelodeon Hosts 2010 Upfront Presentation and having a marvelous time.

Plugging her new show “Victorious,” she tweeted, “Got to dress up today and hang out with my Nick friends!! Having sooo much fun, I wannna marry this city.”
