Showing some love to his Japanese fans, Tom Cruise showed up at the Tokyo premiere of his new film “Jack Reacher” earlier today (January 9).
Joined by costar Rosamund Pike and director Christopher McQuarrie, the “Minority Report” stud garnered quite the warm welcome from the crowd that gathered at the Tokyo International Forum.
Meanwhile, Tom is scheduled to travel to Busan, South Korea later this week where he’ll be presented with honorary citizenship by Mayor Hur Nam-sik.
“The visit of a top star and director will contribute to promoting Busan’s important status in Asia for cinema. The city has decided to award the honorary citizenship to Mr. Cruise in recognition of his contribution to the industry,” declared the mayor.
