Trying her best to keep her fans healthy and strong, Taylor Swift recently took part in a milk promo session.

The country cutie hit up a Los Angeles set, where she posed for pictures and filmed a video for a soon-to-be-released ad campaign for the always-nutritional beverage.

Being the perfect spokeswoman, Miss Swift is a second-time booster for the dairy product - as she partook in a shoot back in 2008.

Her advice during the promo message, “Drink three glasses of milk a day - your life will be complete!”
