Steve Martin
With his investment not panning out as he'd hoped, new reports claim that Steve Martin was the victim of fraud at the hands of a professional art forgery network in Germany.
The "Pink Panther" star is said to have purchased a Heinrich Campendonk painting titled “Landscape With Horses” back in 2004 for $850,000, but later was only able to get $600,000 upon attempting to resell in 2006.
After attending a morning press conference and photo call, Aishwarya Rai got all glammed up for the Berlin Film Festival premiere of her new movie “The Pink Panther 2” on Friday night (February 13).
The Bollywood beauty looked dazzling in a flowing pink gown as she posed alongside co-stars Steve Martin and Jean Reno at the Berlinale Palast.
She’s been hot on the promotional trail for her new movie “The Pink Panther 2” as of late, and earlier today Aishwarya Rai was spotted at the Berlin Film Festival.
The Bollywood beauty was joined by her PP2 costars Steve Martin and Jean Reno for a photo call, with the big festival premiere coming up later on tonight.
You know your musical is going to be successful when stars like Julia Roberts, Natalie Portman, Amy Adams, Dennis Leary, Kirsten Dunst, and Steve Martin show up for the opening night.
And “The Country Girl” definitely made good on its expectations. After all, it stars Morgan Freeman, Frances McDormand, and Peter Gallagher, so what’s not to like?
After his last film “The DaVinci Code” got panned, Tom Hanks is out for revenge. And from all accounts, he’s struck gold again with “Charlie Wilson’s War.” The “Forrest Gump” actor was among many stars spotted at the film’s premiere last night.
Hanks showed up at the New York City gig dressed in a slick three-piece suit, wearing a smile and looking as confident as a man with a sure-fire Oscar hit should.
If there was any doubt that Cameron Diaz is one of the sexiest leading ladies in Hollywood, her appearance at the Kennedy Center Awards last night killed it for good.
The “Sweetest Thing” actress showed up in a strapless white (with yellow and black accents) floor-length gown. And when you combine the length of the dress with the fact that she was wearing high-heels, it’s a wonder she was able to stay upright all night.
Who says the real estate market is depressed? Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes just dropped $3.5 million to purchase three acres of land from Rob Lowe in order to build a dream home.
The plot is located in the Montecito area of Santa Barbara. And they’ll be cozying up to neighbor Oprah Winfrey, whose $50 million compound is less than a mile down the road.
I had high hopes for Cheaper by the Dozen. I love Steve Martin, Bonnie Hunt.. and my daughters love Ashton Kutcher and Hilary Duff. With big names and great previews we really thought we'd enjoy this movie.
Annie, age six, was very easily bored with the movie.. normally she's very attentive and chats a bit about what's going on. This was not the case with Cheaper by the Dozen, she didn't like it, was bored and the only thing that interested her was the frog named beans. (His mother's name was Pork - cute, huh?) Seeing the movie with her was tiresome and after about 2/3 of the way through she wanted to leave.
Now, me I gave it a shot.. I had high hopes and I really wanted to like it. But, the problem I had was that the movie was actually stressing me out lol. It was as though I was watching a nightmare unfold and there wasn't anything I could do about it. Okay, I know that sounds strange but this movie raised my blood pressure and my stress level, rather than entertaining me and making me laugh. Too many kids, too much chaos and just too much going on for me.
I'd give the movie 3 out of 5 stars because it tried, but just didn't guite do it for me.
