The “Usual Suspects” star was pulled over while traveling through Manhattan’s Sugar Hill district around 7:00 am at which time the police discovered his Texas registration and driver’s license were both out of date.
After driving dangerously on the roadways, Stephen Baldwin was arrested in New York City, New York on Thursday (August 23).
The "The Usual Suspects" actor was pulled over at 5:14 p.m. after making an illegal U-turn in Harlem and was taken into custody after police learned he was behind the wheel under suspended license, according to TMZ.

The "Bio-Dome" actor was meeting with his publicist at a bar in the Penninsula Hotel in midtown Manhattan on Thursday (August 9) when they heard a loud bang. Baldwin told the New York Daily news, “It was this girl, fallen on the floor.” The girl was seizing and the youngest brother of the famous family described, "It was pretty violent.”
