After making it well known that he'd blown through most all of his earnings from "The Hills," Spencer Pratt certainly could use a little extra cash.
Getting an offer to garner just that, the MTV oddball has received a proposition from fast food chain KFC asking him to grant them the rights to use his song "Ain’t No Thang But a Chicken Wing" to promote their product.
News of the KFC inquiry was uncovered after TMZ obtained a letter from the company’s president, Roger Eaton, directed to Pratt.
Eaton wrote, “After hearing Ain’t No Thang But a Chicken Wing, we couldn’t wait to get in touch with you! ‘Call me Mr. KFC’, you say? Well, we’d like to do exactly that. We heard the song came out before it was fully cooked, and that you were just winging it as a first cut. So on behalf of the entire Kentucky Fried Chicken family, we want to make you an offer you couldn’t resist."
The KFC exec continued, “We’re willing to help you tune up the track and even turn it into a tasty music video, featuring the Colonel himself. That is, if you’re not chicken.”
