Joined by a gal pal, the “Modern Family” babe looked to enjoying herself as they two walked side by side carrying similar Hermes handbags.

Showing off a beautiful glow from the Hawaiian sun, Sofia and the entire cast of ABC’s “Modern Family” recently wrapped up filming the season finale in beautiful Maui.

The gang stayed at the Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea, which conveniently served as both their home-away-from-home and workplace for the Hawaii shoot.
