Fearing for her safety, Sheryl Crow just filed a restraining order against Phillip Gordon Sparks.
The 45-year-old allegedly posted disturbing Facebook messages about the singer-songwriter claiming she broke into his house while secretly filming him, and stole money from him.
In court documents obtained by TMZ, the 50-year-old petitioner says, " It was clear to me that [Sparks] was deeply disturbed because his posts were delusional, rambling, filled with profanity and laced with angry rants."
It wasn't just creepy Facebook posts. Sparks then allegedly went to the Screen Actors Guild offices and told an employee that he was going to shoot her.
Crow is asking that 16 other people, including her children, nanny, sister, assistant, parents, siblings, and managers also be covered under the restraining order. A judge has not yet ruled on the request.
In lighter news, the "Soak Up the Sun" singer was spotted enjoying an afternoon at SeaWorld in San Diego with her two sons, Wyatt and Levi on July 26.
