Selena Gomez to Justin Bieber: "Embrace Your Shortness!"

Though she's battling a lost voice from her nonstop promotions, Selena Gomez was able to pull of her visit with "Lopez Tonight" on Monday evening (July 26).

Using a Dynavox voice-enhancing system, the Disney darling sat down with host George Lopez to promote her new movie "Ramona and Beezus" and talk about fellow teen star Justin Bieber, among other things.

Of Bieber, Miss Gomez tells, "I love him. He's like my little brother. I like to say his name on stage because if I'm performing badly, I say his name and the audience will cheer."

As for his height [or lack thereof], Selena said, "[I told him] 'No, I'm not going to take off my heels. You're short, embrace it.' He's getting taller, though."

Moving on to chat about her recent 18th birthday, Gomez enthused, "My band sang Backstreet Boys to me. It was so funny."
