As she embarks on her massive comeback tour, Britney Spears is hopeful to have her boys Sean Preston and Jayden James along for the ride. But according to Kevin Federline's attorney, nothing has been set in stone just yet.
Mark Vincent Kaplan told press, "We are working toward that. There can be an agreement reached in probably the next day, but there is not an agreement that is signed yet."

As if her life didn’t already have enough drama, early this morning Britney Spears' brother Bryan was spotted leaving a hospital in McComb, Mississippi with her son Sean Preston Federline and a nanny.
According to sources on the scene, the Spears family made a trip to the emergency room late last night for Jayden James.
