Britney Spears wants Kevin Federline back, yet he's paying lawyers to get him out of the 'Lucky' songtress' web. While a few years back this scenario would have been unimaginable, Britney's recent behavior (and appearance) have even scared off the likes of Mr. Federline.
MSNBC reports via a National Enquirer source: "Britney called Kevin and told him 'I'm not divorcing you! I want my family back!'
Contrary to recent reports that Britney Spears and her mother were mending past differences and moving forward with a positive relationship, new claims tell a different story - things are actually worse than could be imagined.
The story all starts with Britney's recent trip to her lawyer's office, which many thought involved either her divorce matters with Kevin Federline or the recent billboard scandal.
New photos of Britney Spears sporting a bikini have emerged. The set, taken yesterday in Hawaii, one up the recent Mexico thong shots. How's that? This time, the cameras were aimed at - and finally got a glimpse of - her ever elusive youngest son, Jayden James.
As nearly all Britney fans are aware of, the pop princess has kept her youngest son Jayden James Federline away from the lenses as best as she can. Britney seems to let her other tot, Sean Preston, soak up all of the limelight that comes along with being a paparazzi favorite's child.
The year of 2007 has proven to be a hard year for Britney Spears. Her divorce, failed dating relationships, head shaving, and rehab have all been low points for the successful singer. And as she looks back over the first half of this year, she is trying to learn from her mistakes.
According to her Web site, Britney, "genuinely did not know what to do with myself" following her split from husband Kevin Federline. "I think it is actually normal for a young girl to go out after a huge divorce.”
In a not-so-pleasant post-Mother's Day report, rumor has it that Britney Spears’ relationship with her mother has been deteriorating to the point that the two are no longer speaking - with a hospital snub to boot!
Not all that long ago, Britney had a tremendous relationship with her mother, Lynne Spears. The two co-wrote a book together and Britney even referred to Lynne as her best friend. All of the love seems to have vanished, as Brit is so furious with her that she refused to visit her own mom in the hospital on Mother’s Day, according to several reports.
The rumors can finally be put to rest. Britney Spears and Kevin Federline have just reached a settlement in their divorce, a spokesman for Federline's attorney announced.
According to Fox news, Britney and Kevin met with their respective law teams for 5 long hours today (March 29), finally signing "a global settlement on all issues of their marriage," said Michael Sands, a spokesman for Federline's attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan.
Britney Spears' notorious ex-husband, Kevin Federline, has reportedly turned down a divorce settlement worth $25 million.
There are contradictory reports as to the reason for the turndown. Some K-Fed backers are claiming that he refused to accept the offer because he feared it would translate into cutting ties with his sons - Jayden James and Sean Preston. Others believe that he is looking for a number closer to $50 million.
Meanwhile, Britney Spears and Kevin Federline will continue to share custody of their two young sons this month, following the terms of a January custody agreement, Federline's attorney recently confirmed.
With divorce attorneys working diligently, it appears Brit and K-Fed have come to an agreement on the custody of their two children, 16-month-old Sean Preston Federline and 4-month-old Jayden James Federline.
Britney filed for divorce from K-Fed on November 7, citing irreconcilable differences. In a sly maneuver, K-Fed counter-filed, seeking spousal support (otherwise he would need to undego debt consolidation to settle all of his credit card bills) and custody of the children.
K-Fed will be allowed to visit the little ones at Britney's home from noon to 4 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, according to reports. He also requested that only Britney, her assistant, the nanny, and other household staff be present in the house at the time of the visits. Who he did not want there is still a bit of a mystery, but it must have been someone, or why would he have made the request? If anyone has any ideas, grab your laptop and send us a message. Continuing on.....
Those close to Britney have come forward saying that the she could no longer carry her husband, whom she married in October 2004. Apparently, Fed's taste was a little too much for Brit's credit card.
"She tried to support him as much as she could, but at the end of the day she realized it wasn't best for her and her children to stay," a source close to Spears told People in its upcoming cover story. "She's standing up for herself and making positive changes in her life."
Um...that is a bit of a stretch. Did we not just have incidents in Arizona and Las Vegas to name a few.
