P. Diddy’s Legal Woes

It’s no secret that celebrities are prime targets for lawsuits, and P. Diddy is on the receiving end of a $12 million age discrimination claim.

The plaintiff, Francesca Spero, is complaining that Diddy tried to push her out of the company back in 2008 after she had hip surgery. She also says she launched his career.

Furthermore, Francesca says that she was fired and replaced by a much younger woman who “lacked the skill set and experience Spero brought to the position.”

Her lawyer stated, “Francesca Spero opened the door for Combs’ career and, now that she’s 51, he showed her the door at Bad Boy.”
