Always a handsome hunk, Ryan Reynolds is featured on the front of the October 2015 issue of GQ magazine.
The “Deadpool” stud discussed what it felt like to find out his close friend of 25 years was shopping photos of his baby girl to magazines- “It was like a death. It was like one of those devastating things to find out. It was like so kind of shocking. There isn’t really a conversation to have. It’s just, ‘Oh, well, now I’m never going to see you or talk to you again, unfortunately.”
His forthcoming flick “Deadpool” isn’t slated to hit theaters until next year, but already Ryan Reynolds is in full-on promotion mode.
During yesterday’s April Fool’s Day holiday, the “Van Wilder” hunk appeared in a fake “Extra” segment during which Mario Lopez asked about a rumor that the movie will be PG-13 rather than the previously reported R rating. Ryan replied, “Yeah, but we’re working to keep the spirit of the comic book alive though.”
He knows the ins and outs of Tinseltown like the back of his hand, but that doesn’t mean Ryan Reynolds wants a similar fate for his daughter James.
In a new interview with “Today,” the “Proposal” hunk confesses that he and wife Blake Lively are a little neurotic about their progeny following in their footsteps. "You worry about really stupid stuff. And you sort of sit there and go, 'Oh gosh, is she gonna wanna do this?' I like to whisper in her ear, like, really normal everyday jobs. 'You're going to be a flight attendant… A barista. Just normal wonderful jobs. You can have a nice normal life.'"
During an appearance on the “Today” show, the “Van Wilder” actor joked, “It is Butternut Summersquash,” before sharing, “No, it’s out there! It’s out there. It’s James. Everyone knows and I told everyone who would listen that.”
