Somber Rihanna Sets Off for Grandma Dolly's Funeral

In what's a sad day for the hit singer, Rihanna was spotted somberly exiting her Manhattan hotel on Friday afternoon (July 6).

Clad in a blue dress, the 24-year-old was visibly upset as she held the hand of a female friend while en route to her grandmother's funeral in Brooklyn.

Earlier the same morning, RiRi took to Twitter to post an entry with the symbol #drycry‬ accompanied by a link to an Instagram pic.

The page featured a yellow spiral notebook with a little girl's handwriting having penned a tear-jerking entry reading: "IMA TRY TO BE A BIG GIRL NOW.... #DearDolly".
