Rocking a toothpick in his mouth, the Hollywood super agent proudly walked alongside his beautiful "Legally Blonde" actress girlfriend.

Meanwhile, Miss Witherspoon is readying to join forces with "Top Gun" stud Tom Cruise in a brand movie called "Paper Wings".

The latest on the film has rumors that "Fresh Prince of Bel Air" star Will Smith may also join in on the Charles Stone III directed project about "a young rodeo champ struggling to balance his career and a budding romance with an up-and-coming country singer."
