Taking care of her to-do list, Rachel McAdams was spotted out and about in Los Angeles yesterday afternoon (April 19).

The “Sherlock Holmes” actress stopped into a nail salon for a mani/pedi appointment, followed by some lunch and a hair appointment at a nearby beauty shoppe.

Meanwhile, rumor has it that Rachel and her boyfriend Michael Sheen are on the road to matrimonial bliss, as they’re expected to get engaged in the not-too-distant future.

An insider told press, ''Michael is planning on proposing to Rachel very soon. They both want to take their relationship to the next level. They are madly in love and want to start a family together.''
