The “Last Kiss” babe looked cute and casual as she headed home, sporting a grey sweater with distressed jeans and white sneakers.

And of course, Miss Bilson was also carrying a swanky new Louis Vuitton handbag, adding a touch of class to her dressed-down ensemble.

It has been a busy week for Rachel, who was seen at the Costume Institute Gala Benefit at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City on Monday night.
