They’re a worldwide sensation, and One Direction just announced plans to show some love to their American fans.
The British Boy Band will be traveling across the pond for a US leg of their 2013 world tour, and there will be 25 chances to catch them live.
Niall Horan told press, "Our fans are simply the best in the world. The support they have shown us has been incredible and we're all so grateful to each and every one of them. We can't wait to see everyone this summer, at Madison Square Garden and of course when we play our world tour in 2013."
Liam Payne added, "[It's] really exciting, I suppose. And even following Katy Perry on the stage [at the Kids' Choice Awards] as well was a big thing for us. It's just amazing to be in the same room as these sort of people, for us to just come over from England and just be involved."
