After nine years of laughs, the cast of "The Office" celebrated the series finale at the wrap party at Unici Casa in Culver City, California on Saturday (March 16).
Gracing the red carpet before heading inside were favorites like Jenna Fischer, who wore an all-black outfit with a white blazer; John Krasinski in a striped dress shirt with a tie, black vest, and black pants; and Ed Helms in a gray suit and red bowtie. Adorable Ellie Kemper smiled brightly in a sleeveless red lace-covered dress with beige heels.
It’s had a good run, but hasn’t been the same without Steve Carell's Michael Scott and on Tuesday (August 21), executive producer Greg Daniels confirmed that “The Office” will end after its upcoming ninth season.
In a press conference, Daniels said, “This will be the last season of ‘The Office,’ and we’re planning a big, exciting last season,” adding that, among other surprises, viewers will finally get a glimpse of the people behind the “documentary” that’s been the series’ premise.
