Nicole Richie: Bing Babe

She’s always up for a swanky shindig, and last night (June 22) Nicole Richie was spotted at the Bing After Party for the Celebration of Creative Minds.

The “Simple Life” lady looked to be in good spirits as she arrived at BOA Steakhouse in West Hollywood to catch all the high-profile action.

In related news, it seems Nicole has hit a snag in her DUI probation situation- she’ll have her term lengthened one year due to an insufficient number of alcohol education classes completed.

It seems Ms. Richie has been so busy with her career and caring for her two children that she hasn’t had time to get everything done. However, if she gets her ducks in a row by March 2011, the probation will be cancelled early.
