Nicole Richie’s Restraining Order Hearing- To Be Continued

She’s been pursuing a restraining order against paparazzo Fabricio Luis Mariotto, but today Nicole Richie's efforts were postponed.

According to Radar, the “Simple Life” babe’s hearing was continued until December 23rd, further delaying the judge’s decision on the matter.

Nicole’s lawyer told press, "The restraining order hearing has been continued until December 23. All orders remain in effect.”

Miss Richie is going after Mariotto for continually stalking her daughter Harlow Winter and her preschool.
