Back in January he was arrested for throwing down in fisticuffs with a bouncer at a Florida bar, and now Nick Carter has been handed a 25-hour community service sentence for his misbehavior.
The Backstreet Boy was originally supposed to appear in a Key West court for a trial this past Monday (March 28), however prosecutors dropped his battery charge and agreed he would pay $300 along with the service hours.
Earlier this month he was arrested for starting a fracas at the Hog’s Breath Saloon in Key West, Florida and now Nick Carter has been slapped with a lawsuit from one of the bouncers.
According to legal documents, the Backstreet Boys hunk was charged with misdemeanor battery by the cops, while security guard Skylar Carden has also accused Carter of “striking and choking” him. Carden is seeking damages for mental anguish and pain and suffering.
