He’s known for his cutting remarks behind the “American Idol” judges’ table, and now Simon Cowell is coming to “America’s Got Talent” as Howard Stern’s replacement.
The snarky Brit is featured in a new commercial for the upcoming Season 11 (slated to premiere on May 31st), and Cowell does a great impersonation of the legendary Anthony Hopkins character Hannibal Lecter.
Following the failure of his six-year marriage to Mariah Carey, Nick Cannon told DuJour magazine he’s not planning on getting hitched again.
The 35-year-old actor/comedian shared, "I feel like marriage isn’t for everyone. A friend of mine put it the funniest way. He said, 'If you heard that there was a 50/50 chance of living or dying when you jump out of a plane, you probably wouldn’t go skydiving.' There’s like a 50/50 chance of a marriage working. If it didn’t work out for you the first time, and you still survived it, you probably shouldn’t do it again."
Their marriage may have ended badly but Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon are still dedicated to being good parents to their kiddos.
On Sunday (April 5) the “Always Be My Baby” songstress and the “America’s Got Talent” hunk took twins Monroe and Moroccan to the Bronx Zoo for an Easter Egg Hunt and took plenty of social media snapshots.
He’s ready to move on from his marriage to Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon has already filed the paperwork to get his divorce underway. According to a TMZ report, the “America’s Got Talent” hunk turned in the legal documents on December 12th, shortly after Carey missed her rehearsal for the 2014 Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree Lighting ceremony.
Back in October, Nick told Meredith Vieira, "It's truly just staying focused on family and what's right and getting through these times and just doing what's right for the kids.”
Their divorce has been tough thus far, but Nick Cannon insists he’s not seeking revenge by recording an album of songs dissing Mariah Carey.
Following a flood of rumors sparked by rapper/producer Mally Mall, the “America’s Got Talent” hunk took to Twitter to clear the air. Nick tweeted, “Vibe, I rock with yall too tough to allow you to report false silliness. There is no album or songs!”
