Looking ever-so-stylish, the "Jumper" babe spoke at the Full Time Fabulous announcement hosted by Sunglass Hut during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week.

The trip to NYC comes as Rachel is involved in dating rumors - as she's been linked to actor Jake Gyllenhaal.

A source told Hollyscoop of the alleged new hookup, "They're trying to keep a low profile but they're definitely dating."
