Miley Cyrus Steps Out in the City of Brotherly Love

Making sure to get in some exercise wherever she is, Miley Cyrus was spotted walking her dog, Ziggy, through a park in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on Wednesday (July 18).

After walking out of her hotel building, the "Can't Be Tamed" songstress - who was clad in a white lacy and see-through maxi dress with a loose black tank top - thumbed through her cell phone and answered a call while her pooch took care of business on a small patch of grass.

The City of Brotherly Love outing comes as Miley recently vented to her Twitter fans about being followed around by shutterbugs.

Of this, the 19-year-old upsettedly wrote, "why do paparazzi feel the need to video me walking Ziggy? I mean really? Are headlines really gonna read Mileys dog takes a sh*t?"
