Having arrived into town the previous afternoon, Miley Cyrus was spotted making her way around New York City on Tuesday (August 31).

The "Hannah Montana" hottie once again showed off her maturing ways - as she sported short-shorts and heavy makeup while out with a few gal pals reportedly en route to meet-up with Justin Bieber at Madison Square Garden.

As for Miss Cyrus's recent filming efforts, she just finished up shooting ""LOL: Laughing Out Loud" in Detroit with the crew now headed to the next filming locale, Chicago.

The movie is a remake of a French flick which also stars big Hollywood names such as Demi Moore and Ashley Greene.
