Already causing controversy with the nudity her "Wrecking Ball" music video, Miley Cyrus released the director's cut of the video, which is surprisingly tame.
The "We Can't Stop" singer posted the video to her Twitter page on Tuesday (September 24), tweeting "Directors Cut @Terry_World #wreckingball."
Reminiscent of Sinead O'Connor's "Nothing Compares 2 U" video, the new version features a close-up of the tearful 20-year-old songstress as she belts out the break-up song. That's right - no nudity, no riding a wrecking ball, no seductively licking sledgehammers.
Put together by famed photographer Terry Richardson, only the song's epilogue breaks away from the close-up as Miley pals around with the director in the final images. Check it out in the player below.
