The Old Navy model happened to be hosting a soiree at Piranha nightclub, as she arrived in a curve-hugging black mini dress before swapping into a skimpy white leotard to sing "Happy Birthday" to J.Son of "Naked Boy News" before balloons dropped onto the crowd.
