Mel Gibson Settles Divorce Agreement

After 28 years of marriage and two years of legal separation, Mel Gibson and his soon-to-be ex-wife, Robyn Moore, have reached a divorce settlement.

According to TMZ, Robyn's lawyer, Laura Wasser, appeared before a judge this morning (June 28) and to announce that the former couple had reached a full agreement on the terms of their divorce.

While the specifics of the settlement have not been revealed, reports say that the two did not have a pre-nor-post-nuptial agreement - meaning, under the laws of California, communal property, including earnings, are to be split 50/50.

Up for grabs when the final judgment comes down in late August - Mel's estimated $900 million fortune, of which he made during the course of the marriage.
