She’s never been one for modesty, and Madonna gave her fans in Rome a little more than they bargained for last night (June 12).

The “Material Girl” songstress was in the middle of “Human Nature” when she took off her microphone pack and unzipped her trousers to expose her thong-covered buttocks for all to see.

And it seems that the crowd at Stadio Olimpico was appreciative of the gesture, cheering more loudly at the sight of Madge’s posterior.

This isn’t the first indecent exposure for Madonna during her current tour- she experienced a nipple slip during her gig in Turkey a few days previously.
