Spending some time overseas, Madonna was spotted stepping out of her Range Rover in Rome, Italy this afternoon (June 11).

The pop sensation waited for her boyfriend Brahim Zaibat while dressed in a gorgeous blue leopard dress with black heels surrounded by her bodyguards.

In other news, the 52-year-old star recently stirred up more controversy during a performance in Istanbul, Turkey on Saturday night (June 9).

Madonna gave her audience a real show when she flashed her nipple to the audience during her song “Human Nature.”

The fans didn’t seem to mind and let out a roaring cheer during the rest of the song.
