Showing off her sexy sense of style, Madonna appears in the May 2010 issue of Photo Credit: Interview magazine looking mighty fine.

The Material girl worked the camera for the spread, shot by illustrious photographers Mert Atlas and Marcus Piggot.

And what’s more, Madge opted to go without airbrushing and retouching of the photos, and displayed her natural beauty.

In the shots, Madonna tugs at her underwear, kisses a crucifix and even dons an eyepatch in an effort to show her range as a model.
