Lindsay Lohan's Overly Casual Court Visit

Starting the day tending to her ongoing legal matters, Lindsay Lohan was spotted making an appearance at the Santa Monica, CA courthouse on Monday (August 30).

Still seemingly having a hard time grasping appropriate dress, the "Mean Girls" starlet rocked a pair of thigh-high stockings and a messy plaid flannel top as she checked in with her probation officer.

The trip comes as LiLo's papa is making headlines for his desire to open an addiction rehabilitation center.

The ex-con told Radar Online, "I'm going to have a protocol that will be have to be followed. I don't believe in prescription drugs. If people come in on them they're going to have to get off of them, otherwise they'll be looking for another rehab."

Papa Lohan added, "I believe spirituality and holistic methods can cure anything. God will be a major element in recovery."
