Trying to put her troubles out of her mind, Lindsay Lohan was spotted out to dinner in Los Angeles last night (September 21).

The “Mean Girls” actress looked to be in good spirits as she met up with her brother and some friends, sporting an oversized grey jumper.

LiLo’s two failed drug tests may land her in the slammer for an extended period of time , according to the LA County Probation Department.

Given that drug use is a direct violation of her probation, Lindsay could get 30 days for each charge, totaling 60 days behind bars.
