Lindsay Lohan: No Probation Violation, Says Lawyer

Responding to talk that she's violated terms of her probation, Lindsay Lohan's lawyer says that the "Mean Girls" star is in complete compliance.

Talking with Radar Online, attorney Shawn Chapman Holley said, "Though there have been occasional weeks when Lindsay has missed her alcohol treatment class, she has always managed to make up the class the following week by attending two classes"

Holley continues, "For this reason, we contend that Ms. Lohan is in substantial compliance with the conditions of her probation,"

Amidst talk of the possible infringement based on claims that Lindsay hasn't attended class in 20 days, LiLo proceeded to jet out of Los Angeles on a trip to New York City with her little sister, Ali.
