Lindsay Lohan Legal Update

In the drawn out legal issues Lindsay Lohan has brought upon herself, it is now being reported that she did not attend the required number of alcohol education courses.

Not helping her cause, it is also being said that school officials are saying Lohan has a “bad attitude” and “entitlement issues.”

TMZ broke the story that Lindsay is bound for jail because she hasn't been in alcohol education class at least once a week -- as required by the court.

But on the contrary, Lindsay’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, says, "Ms. Lohan is on track to complete her alcohol program within the time frame set by the judge, and any classes she missed were made up for."
