With just two weeks until their film hits theaters, the cast of “Les Miserables” paid a visit to the “Today” show for a fun-filled chat this morning (December 10).
Hugh Jackman, Anne Hathaway, Amanda Seyfried, Sacha Baron Cohen, Eddie Redmayne, Samantha Barks, Isabelle Allen, and director Tom Hooper all gathered at Rockefeller Center to chat about their much-anticipated movie.
Hooper noted, “Les Miserables is so close to so many people’s hearts so to get the opportunity to bring it to the big screen and to give people that emotional journey on the big screen was amazing. And with this cast, with this run of actors it was a dream.”
And though she had experience with a musical-style production in “Mama Mia,” Amanda was still intimidated by the gig. “I had no confidence. It was so different, two different worlds. The stamina was the biggest issue.”
