Keeping her body in top shape, Lauren Conrad was spotted post-workout in Los Angeles yesterday afternoon (November 16).

The former “Hills” babe picked up a drink and a salad at Lemonade Café to replenish her nutrients from her time at the gym.

Last week, LC invited the reality television cameras into her physical fitness regimen as part of her new show.

Additionally, she filmed a cameo for the upcoming flick “BFF and Baby” starring Kate Bosworth and Rachel Bilson.
