Larry King Talks Style
He’s nearing the end of his famous talk show “Larry King Live” and Larry King is finally on the receiving end of some questions.
The famous interviewer talked to Harper's Bazaar for their September issue (out August 17th) about his own sense of style.
King explained, "I like leather. I like stylish jeans. I love those new sneakers, Skechers, that give a lift inside. I like color. I’m not a guy who wears suits a lot. Donna Karan gave me a leather jacket that I’ve worn, and I’ve got a bright-red Bijan jacket."
As for pop star Lady GaGa’s costumes, Larry commented, "They’re refreshing. Lady Gaga’s got a great gimmick going. She plays it well in an era attracted to gimmicks."
And when asked about the most stylish person he’d ever interviewed, King answered, "In her day, Jane Fonda. Angie Dickinson. That era may be gone now. But the classic example of bringing yesterday to today is Cameron Diaz. She has movie-star looks with a modern approach."
