Kirsten Dunst’s Burglar: Behind Bars

He broke into Kirsten Dunst's hotel room and stole her purse and assorted other items and now James Jimenez is going to jail.

The convicted thief was sentenced to four years behind bars for his part in the SoHo Grand hotel burglary back in 2007.

Jimenez’s partner Jarrod Beinerman pleaded guilty to his own charges back in 2008, and James claimed Jarrod was actually the one who did the stealing.

And as it turns out, Jimenez’s sentence was only a fraction of the seven year penalty prosecutors were seeking for the crime.
