Making her routine weekend rounds on the west coast, Kim Kardashian stepped out to get her hair done at the Shade salon in West Hollywood, California on Saturday (July 24).

The E! reality vixen busily chatted on her cell phone before her appointment, as she got all trimmed up before paying her bill and flashing the peace sign to awaiting paparazzi upon exit.

Having hit the gym just prior to the salon stop, Kim's fitness and beauty outings come just after arriving back home from a visit to Miami, as she tweeted her joy this morning, "Back in LA. I missed u"

Also offering up some words of encouragement and motivation to her Twitter faithful, Miss Kardashian later wrote, "Dedication and hard work pay off"
