Heading out for an afternoon adventure, Kim Kardashian was spotted leaving her Los Angeles, CA abode earlier today (February 17).

Rumored to be on a house hunting escapade in Beverly Hills, the “Keeping Up with Kardashians” star looked stylish in skinny cargo pants and Louboutin heels paired with a black tank underneath a trendy vest.

The sighting comes just as Kim’s rep is trying to clear the air concerning a dating rumor involving New York Knicks breakout star Jeremy Lin.

According to her rep, the rumor that the E! babe is looking for a date with the Taiwanese sensation is “absolutely 100% NOT true. Someone made the story up!”
