Keeping up with her healthy ways, Kim Kardashian was spotted out at Barry's Bootcamp gym in Hollywood on Saturday (June 26).

Clad in her always sexy workout gear, the E! reality beauty finished up the day's sweat session before stopping by BodyFactory to get a nutritional smoothie beverage.

Showing off her energetic attitude, the 29-year-old wrote to her many fans and followers, "Up and at 'em! Workout time...going hard today!"

Meanwhile, Miss Kardashian was among the many cheering on the USA in the World Cup - though the States ended up losing 2-1 to Ghana in extra time.

Kim tweeted, "I just can't concentrate when watching soccer because those loud horns sound like a beehive swarming the field..."
