Kevin Federline
Kevin Federline started out as a back up dancer for Britney Spears and then won her heart. Following a brief marriage K-Fed and Brit divorced after having two boys. Kevin Federline is currently dating Victoria Prince and seem to enjoy bowling with K-Fed
Now that the holidays are over, Britney Spears has to go back to her normal custody routine with her sons Jayden James and Sean Preston. And from the looks of it, she’s not too thrilled.
The “Gimme More” singer was granted a two-day visit with her boys from the court presiding over her custody battle. But yesterday, her time was up and she was forced to meet ex-husband Kevin Federline to exchange the kids.
In an ultimate fashion faux-pas, Britney Spears was spotted leaving the L’Ermitag hotel last night wearing the same burgundy dress and plaid fedora that she was wearing when she checked in the previous night.
Perhaps the “Piece of Me” singer is a little too stressed out with her sister’s pregnancy and the ongoing custody case to change her clothes. Nevertheless, Brit is making some serious allegations against her ex-hubby, Kevin Federline.
As if there hasn’t been enough drama in her custody battle with ex-husband Kevin Federline, Britney Spears is about to get lambasted by Mark Vincent Kaplan for playing hooky when she was scheduled to give her deposition last week.
Kaplan, K-Fed’s lawyer, is slated to appear in court today to discuss the “Gimme More” singer being spotted out until 2 a.m. following the same day that she was “too ill” to attend the court proceedings.
When she didn’t show up for her deposition, Britney Spears got on Mark Vincent Kaplan’s (K-Fed’s lawyer) last nerve. And now he’s out for blood.
Adding insult to injury, the “Gimme More” singer was spotted driving around Los Angeles mere hours after she was “too ill” to attend her court proceeding.
Earlier today we told you that Britney Spears was going to be giving a deposition in her custody case with Kevin Federline. But it seems that she was too sick to show up.
The official story is that the “Gimme More” singer was unable to attend the court proceeding due to “an illness.” According to K-Fed’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, "I was told of a general [medical] condition, and [Spears] felt she couldn't attend."
Today is a very important day in the life of Britney Spears. In mere hours she’ll submit to giving a deposition to ex-husband Kevin Federline’s lawyers, and it could make or break her custody case.
As we speak, the “Gimme More” singer is preparing for her meeting with K-Fed’s legal team, a process that is expected to last most of the day. And if she hopes to reverse the court’s decision to grant Federline primary physical custody of Jayden James and Sean Preston, today is her chance.
As if it wasn’t complicated enough already, one of Britney Spears’ friends failed to appear for his deposition hearing, setting everything back another month.
The “Gimme More” singer’s close friend Sam Lufti was subpoenaed back on November 7th and ordered to give an account of her behavior. But as of yesterday (his scheduled deposition date) he was a no-show.
After all that’s been going on in Britney Spears’ life, it seems she needed to just put on a hot red dress, and head over to the Four Seasons hotel for a massage. And that’s just what she did.
And in a closed-door session, Brit and Kevin Federline’s lawyers hammered out the visitation schedule for the upcoming holiday season.
We all saw this coming, but yesterday a judge made it official… Britney Spears was ruled as unfit to drive her two sons Jayden James and Sean Preston.
According to K-Fed’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, this case is continuing, and will be revisited down the line. "Orders were made. ... I can't discuss the content of those orders. Documents have not been released by the court, and I don't know if they will be. The matter will be continued at a future date."
Their lawyers are going to be able to build new houses on the beach when this whole ordeal is over and done. Britney Spears and Kevin Federline will be headed to court on Friday for another emergency custody hearing.
This time, there has been concern raised by a videotape that has surfaced in which the “Gimme More” singer runs a red light while driving her two sons, Jayden James and Sean Preston, along with the court-appointed monitor.
