Ke$ha's Fan-Friendly Manhatttan Departure

Offering up a warm greeting to her loyal fans, Ke$ha was spotted saying hello to a young supporter in New York City on Thursday (August 19).

Despite the blazing 90 degree temperatures, the "Backstabber" babe donned a faux fur jacket - which was accessorized with a bull horn - as she checked out of her Manhattan hotel en route to Washington, DC.

Meanwhile, Ke$ha is also gearing up for the upcoming 2010 MTV Video Music Awards - during which she's signed on as a presenter.

Along with that, the 24-year old is up for Best New Artist against a strong field including Justin Bieber, Jason Derulo, Nicki Minaj and Broken Bells.
