There’s no love lost between Kesha and her former producer Dr. Luke, and now she’s received some good news regarding the lawsuit filed against her mother Pebe Sebert.

According to court records, a New York judge has dismissed the defamation claims against Mama Sebert due to the fact that Luke’s lawyers lacked evidence to prove their case.

Back in October she filed a lawsuit against music producer Dr. Luke for sexual assault, verbal abuse, and physical mistreatment during their longtime partnership and now Kesha Sebert has added Sony Music to the defendant list.

The “TiK ToK” songstress’ complaint states, “Dr. Luke’s proclivity for abusive conduct was open and obvious to [Sony] executives, who either knew of the conduct and turned a blind eye, failed to investigate Dr. Luke’s conduct, failed to take any corrective action, or actively concealed Dr. Luke’s abuse.”
