She’s always up for a good flick, and last night (January 19) Kayla Ewell was spotted at the premiere of “Extraordinary Measures” in Hollywood.
The beautiful brunette babe was all smiles as she threw down a few poses for the paparazzi, sporting a black pants suit with black heels.
In related news, while Kayla’s character was recently killed off of “The Vampire Diaries,” rumor has it she may be making a return appearance in the months to come.
“The Vampire Diaries” returns to the CW network with brand new episodes starting tomorrow night (January 21).
