Katy Perry: Lovely at the Late Show
Making her promotional rounds, Katy Perry was spotted out and about in New York City on Tuesday afternoon (August 24) .
After running errands in a black and white dress with pink cardigan earlier in the day, the "Hot n Cold" singer later stepped out clad in a tight, sexy red number with heels as she visited the Ed Sullivan Theatre for a "Late Show with David Letterman" appearance.
Boosting interest in her new album Teenage Dream, Miss Perry recently explained a little bit about what’s behind her creative songs, telling MTV News, "There's a lot of puns. You know, when I learned how to write a song, the person that was kind of teaching me was an amazing songwriter, and he was like, 'Don't forget about the double entendres. Don't forget about the puns.”
Katy continued, “Don't forget that one word can have two meanings.' So I'm always kind of looking for that one thing that's really normal that you can make twisted."
